Joy Kika

Joy Kika is an MBA Candidate at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, specialising in Healthcare, Technology, and Innovation.

She is an Author, Certified Marketing Specialist (CIM UK) and a trained Clinical Psychologist with a passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations, particularly Internally Displaced Persons as well as advocating for Girl child education in remote African communities.
As founder of the "Why NOrTh?" initiative, she has mentored and empowered over 50 girls through career seminars and skill-building workshops.

Upon completion of her MBA, Ms. Kika aims to leverage her expertise in marketing, data analysis, and healthcare to develop innovative, technology-driven solutions that address healthcare disparities and improve health outcomes on a global scale.
