Robert Amponsah

Robert is a Ed.D in the Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University. His research interests are; digital equity/ digital divide and DEI in corporate STEM workplaces. Robert received his bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Rochester, MBA from Texas A&M.
Robert has over 15 years of industry experience working for companies like AT&T and Toyota. Robert now works for Southern Methodist University as the Assistant Director of Leadership and Development at the Lyle School of Engineering.
